The choice of material used in a production directly affects all stages of the product, from its durability for many years to the usage phase. The materials we use as Euromak are specially designed according to their usage areas. Machines manufactured according to different types of needs necessitate the use of different materials. The way to ensure high performance, efficiency and effectiveness is through the use of qualified materials. Being aware of this, we direct our choices and pay attention to the use of high quality materials.
Hot immersion galvanizing method is used in the machines, the usage life of which varies between 50 and 100 years. Each machine goes through a design process in accordance with its own usage area. In material selection, factors such as the place where the machine will be used, area dimensions, humidity and temperature are taken into consideration and the ideal material is selected in this direction. We consider the local as valuable and prefer domestic production materials at a rate of 90%. The remaining 10% consists of class-leading products supplied from European countries. Bearings, which are known as the most important part of the carpet spinning machines we manufacture in this context, are a product of "German" origin. From the most basic part to the point where we reach the whole, we produce our high-capacity machines without compromising the quality product.
